Never Forget Where You Came From

If you’ve read through our blog posts or followed along with our journey at MTS, you know that we have seen substantial growth and change over the last 3-4 years. I’ve had the opportunity of experiencing firsthand the development of each area of the business and the evolution that has taken place. The expansion of our brand awareness and business comes with a wide array of new daily tasks, discussions, processes, events, collaboration, and much more. It is extremely exciting and rewarding to be able to work with our MTS family and team of dealers to continue to bring our customers the best possible experience.

While all of the great things going on within our company and industry are exhilarating, it is also extremely important to stop and reflect on the people and experiences that got us to where we are today. Not too long ago, MTS was a company of less than 50 employees and basically starting from scratch - beginning research and development, designing equipment, fabricating and assembly components, testing the product, and doing it all over again until they got it right. The dedication of those very first employees was what set the foundation of the MTS that everyone knows today. (Luckily, many of the original members of #TeamMTS are still working at 203 Johnson Street every day!)

Honestly, it is inspiring to look back and see how the company has evolved over the last 10+ years. It also offers a sense of reality when it feels like we are wrapped up in the hustle and bustle, allowing us to refocus on what the overall mission is. With the knowledge and experience of our entire team at MTS, I have no doubt that we will continue to make history in the industry for years to come.

This post about remembering your roots is a powerful reminder of the importance of our journeys and experiences! Reflecting on where we came from can guide our future decisions. For those who participate in discussions or meetings where these stories are shared, being able to transcribe zoom calls can be incredibly beneficial. Capturing these conversations allows us to revisit valuable insights and lessons learned, helping us stay connected to our past as we move forward.

I would advise you to change the color scheme of your site. Red is too cutting and irritating to the eyes. Put some landscape on the background. And you can process the photos on https://www.movavi.com/learning-portal/final-cut-pro-windows-alternatives.html You can also edit videos there in the future, as there are many different effects and the ability to process content
