Each year, Mobile Track Solutions looks forward to hosting local students and educators for Experience Manufacturing Day. On October 3rd, #TeamMTS welcomed over 225 students to our facility in Elkader, Iowa to showcase our manufacturing processes.
The students witnessed the production personnel in action, the stages of blast and paint, an assembled 3630T and 23-28 scraper, and interacted with our product support team.
Our experts shared their knowledge throughout the day, highlighting the various roles and skills involved in the manufacturing process--inspiring the next generation of manufacturers. Students were given an up-close look at our cutting-edge technology and machinery, and learned about the career opportunities available in the industry.
By engaging with professionals and seeing firsthand how products are made, the students better understood how manufacturing plays a vital role in everyday life. We’re proud to provide this immersive experience and hope it sparks a passion in the future workforce.
